Cancellation Policy
All clients are subject to a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and a 100% fee for all no-shows. Clients who are more then 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule and subject to a 50% late-show fee.
A card on file is required when scheduling appointments. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancellation, late-show or no-show.
All NEW clients are required to pay the designated deposit for the scheduled service. This deposit will be subtracted the day of your appointment durning check out. This does not apply to clients using Groupon. Please see the Groupon Policy.
Please note, effective 8/1/2023 a card must be on file and waivers need to be signed.
A convenience fee of 3.5% will be charged when paying with a card. We accept all major credit cards and cash. No Checks.
